What Vendors We Are Looking For At Emerge Conference

Kingdom Church in Broken Arrow, OK is excited to open vendor opportunities for our upcoming EMERGE Conference held at Stoney Creek Hotel in Broken Arrow, OK. This powerful gathering is designed to Impact People, Influence Culture, and Increase the Kingdom of God—and we want to partner with believers who own businesses and are looking for a space to share their products or services.

We are currently accepting vendor applications. Submissions will be prayerfully reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission and values of the EMERGE Conference.

Our Vendor fee is $150 in order to cover all the amenities listed.

What You'll Receive Upon Selection

One 6ft table & 2 chairs in a space big enough to display one vertical 3ft wide banner
Link to your company's website on our EMERGE website on the vendor page.
Name tags with your logo will be provided for your staff at check-in
Your logo will be placed on a board at the Stoney Creek Hotel for people to draw recognition to your brand

EMERGE Conference Vendor Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the EMERGE: The Five Fold Awakening Conference. Our goal is to provide a space where believers in business can promote their products and services while uplifting and honoring the Kingdom of God. To ensure a smooth and Christ-centered experience, all vendors must follow the guidelines below:

Faith Alignment

Vendors must be believers in Christ Jesus.
All products and services should reflect Christian values and not conflict with Biblical principles.
Businesses that promote or profit from alcohol, tobacco, gambling, new age/spiritual practices, or content contrary to Christian values will not be approved.

Booth Setup & Expectations

Vendors will be assigned a designated booth or table space.
Setup must be completed before the event begins and breakdown must be done promptly at the close of the event.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own signage, display materials, and any additional equipment needed (tables/chairs will be provided).
Please keep your booth space clean, professional, and welcoming.

Conduct

All vendors are expected to demonstrate Christ-like character in speech, behavior, and interactions with attendees.
Aggressive sales tactics or disruptive behavior will not be permitted.
Vendors should use this opportunity to connect, serve, and build lasting Kingdom relationships.

Sales & Promotion

Vendors may sell products, promote services, or provide informational material.
Pricing should be fair and clearly displayed.
Any raffles, giveaways, or promotions must be approved by Kingdom Church in advance.
Distribution of materials unrelated to your approved business is not allowed.

Liability & Responsibility

Kingdom Church is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Vendors assume full responsibility for their property, equipment, and financial transactions during the event.

Approval Process

All vendor applications will be reviewed for alignment with the mission of the EMERGE Conference.
Approved vendors will receive confirmation along with setup details, event schedule, and logistics information.
Spots are limited; early applications are strongly encouraged.
